Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer full or partial refunds for our service fees under specific conditions. You are eligible for a refund if you request cancellation before our partner lawyers file the petition or vakalatnama in traffic court.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Once legal documents are submitted or scheduled in court, our service fee becomes non-refundable, as work has already been performed. Any court fines paid directly to the treasury are entirely non-refundable, as they are collected directly by government authorities.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

Approved refund requests are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

4. Disputed Services

If you believe a case was disposed of incorrectly, contact our dispute manager. We will review files, and offer corrective services or service fee credits where administrative errors are found on our end.
