By accessing and using the ChallanMitra website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

ChallanMitra is an independent platform offering vehicle challan verification simulations and legal filing support for court-referred traffic challans. We are not a government agency, transport department, or the traffic police.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for entering the correct vehicle registration plate details. Settle requests must represent genuine e-challans issued to you. You agree to cooperate with our partner lawyers by providing necessary RC and DL paperwork when requested.

4. Payments & Refunds

Request filings and lawyer consultation fees are paid upfront as a flat service fee. Court fine payments made on your behalf are processed as distinct transactions. Settle fees are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations

While we attempt to resolve challans favorably, court outcomes and fine reductions depend entirely on the magistrate's discretion. ChallanMitra cannot guarantee specific fine decreases. We are not liable for license suspensions or vehicles blacklisted by transport authorities due to delayed filings.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to our services for users who submit fraudulent vehicle records or mock files with malicious intent.
